This six-week program helps you lay a solid foundation for your Intuitive Eating journey. You’ll learn to recognize Diet Culture’s myths and misconceptions, then begin developing your own lens to filter its messages with clarity and confidence.
By combining learning with in-depth assessments, personal reflection, and one-on-one coaching, this program helps move your understanding from head knowledge to heart-level change. You’ll begin to experience the first real shifts toward peace, trust, and freedom in your relationship with food and your body.
Each week, you’ll receive guided materials to explore on your own before we meet for a one-hour coaching session—so our time together can focus deeply on your insights, questions, and growth.

How It Works
What: Each Coaching session is one hour long. You’ll receive guided materials for that week’s module after scheduling your next session—so you can review, reflect, and come prepared to make the most of our time together.
When: We’ll meet once a week for six consecutive weeks to build momentum and keep the process intentional and connected.
Where: All coaching sessions take place virtually over Zoom, so you can join from wherever you’re most comfortable.
How Much: Each session is $80, with a few limited sliding-scale spots available to keep coaching accessible.
